HOLY STITCH! FACTORY FELLOWSHIP was built to close the gap between learning and earning—creating a workforce development model rooted in real production, not theory.
The factory doubles as the classroom. Participants train by producing real garments, operating industrial machines, and working within a structured production system—building skills that lead to paid work and long-term careers.
We partner with brands, schools, and cultural institutions to connect training to real-world opportunities and expand pathways into the workforce.
